David Pena joined Tao Ltd. in 2018 and quickly became a cornerstone of the organization. With a law degree and a strong background in construction accounting, David brings a unique blend of legal insight, financial acumen, and operational expertise to his dual role in Accounting and Human Resources. David oversees all aspects of financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, inventory control, and the preparation, analysis, and review of financial documentation. His strategic approach to accounting helps identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and drive improvements that enhance overall financial performance. In addition to his financial leadership, David manages key HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, and internal policy development. He works closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, support team development, and ensure that Tao remains aligned with both regulatory standards and company values.
